Hospitality is not only our job, is our passion.

It all started with a job and my father’s footsteps.

As it happens to many of you, hospitality found me earlier in life. My father used to work for a country club doing catering events, and I knew I wanted to get involved in the same industry. So as a 19-year-old teenager, I got my first job in the housekeeping department. And if you’ve ever worked in a hotel, you know housekeeping is one of the toughest but most important departments in any hotel.

I quickly learned that the people who work with you, make all the difference. Having a strong and dedicated team is what any hospitality business needs to succeed.

After having worked in housekeeping, I moved into the world of Food and Beverage, which without even knowing, turned out to be my biggest focus since 2002.

With experience in hotels like Omni Hotels, Four Seasons Hotels, W Hotels, Westin Hotels, Sheraton Hotels, and boutique hotels, I was able to notice the smallest but very important details about every single company. Being able to pinpoint exactly what each company needed, and my passion for this industry led me to launch Moreno Staffing as a company in 2018.

Without people, a hotel is just a building.

At Moreno Staffing, we know that working in hospitality has the power to turn around someone’s day. When you work in this industry, every interaction you have with the guests matters, because what you can do for them has a bigger impact than we can imagine.

The satisfaction of seeing people’s body language whenever they’re engaging with our staff is priceless. Knowing that hiring the right people will lead your business not only to success but to happy guests is our motivation.

We are a family business. We’re not only family-owned, but we’re family-oriented because our focus goes beyond the guest’s experience.
